exchange policy

Items can be exchange fourteen(14) days from receipt of delivered merchandise. Kindly email us your order number and specific item for return and chosen item to exchange it with. Items should be in original packaging with tags attached to garment, no visible damage, unworn and unwashed.
Once items are received by harlan + holden, we will send on email confirmation.

note
For the first two(2) exchange requests, harlan + holden will shoulder the shopping fees. Kindly choose "charge to recipient" as payment option.
Any succeeding exchange requests will be charged to the customer.

refund policy

For requests for refunds, kindly email us your order number and specific item for return. Items should be in original packaging with tags attached to garment, no visible damage, unworn and unwashed.
Once items are received by harlan + holden, we will send on email confirmation. You will be refunded by the same method it was paid for and within 14 days of the receipt of the item.

Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded in any of our stores.

We ship to 58 countries. Please refer to our shipping destination chart, click here for the list of countries with corresponding shipping fees and estimated time of delivery. For other countries nor included on the list, please contact info@harlanholden.com to place your order.

Estimated time of delivery is 3-5 business days, assuming there is no customs delay. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Orders may be subject to duties, taxes and courier collection fee. These are payable by the recipient of the order. For further information and cost estimate, please contact your local customs office.
